That all Safety and Quality processes are followed, gaps identified and escalated to resolution.Responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships, identifying and progress growth opportunities which are in line with our clients wider business objectives. Initiating innovative service delivery excellence methods and development of the Sodexo service offer.To liaise with client and stakeholders in the design, preparation and implementation of selected project work, i.e. planning, estimating, commissioning, budget control and change management. Accountable for the effective budget management and financial planning/forecasting of the site(s).

As a general site manger I’m managing a combination of 22 different services both hard and soft, with a direct staff of 35 employees and various specialized subcontractors.
