Approved RFCs are implemented and tested and delivered to the installation team so they could use the new version with the improvements implemented. On average every quarter we developed a new release and twice a year we upgraded the existing environment to the latest release version to stay up-to-date and compliant. • Setting up a structured Definitive Media Library in accordance with ITILV3 to manage the releases in the best way possible. • The implementation of upgrade releases on the customer environment is done on a project basis based on agreed SLAs and maintenance windows. Also building structures with regard to organizational units and associated policies.• Creating Software distribution policy's to automatically provide new systems with various agents, software and tooling at locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.• Troubleshooting of printer problems in cooperation with the supplier.• As a graduation assignment, we started to run a international project based on (System Development Methodology) for the implementation of an anti-virus system solution including local firewalls. We created a central management environment set up in Sweden. In several other locations within Europe we configured proxy servers based on virtual machines and connected those servers to the central management environment in Sweden. The goal was to have all notebooks and desktops within these countries communicate with their local proxy server for the distribution of new antivirus definitions. During the implementation phase we found a bug on proxy level which we discussed with the supplier. The bug was resolved in a new version. We reported the progress in a weekly meeting with the IT Manager Europa.
