As a Product Manager, Open Access Journals at De Gruyter Open I was responsible for planning and management for De Gruyter Open own journals as well as coordination of publishing programs for society journals. I also trained and supervised the team of Managing Editors.

As a Managing Editor at Versita I planned and managed publishing programs in physics. I was responsible for launch of new journals and book programs; appointment, training and supervision of editors of newly launched journals.
