- preparing of annual budgets, long-term financial projections with further monitoring;- providing management information as a basis for investment decisions;- valuation of potential an existing commercial real estate projects and internet activities including start-ups;- periodic reporting of results of entities within the capital group- negotiating of agreements with financial institutions, including investment loans and EU funds acquisitions; - negotiating hedging transactions;- supervision of external accounting offices, i.e. correctness of bookkeeping, closing of accounting periods, preparation of financial statements;- management of transactions between entities within the group, control of their liquidity;- design of production chain with further implementation.

- statutory and group audits in compliance with the Accounting Act and International Financial Reporting Standards;- participation in the preparation of auditor's opinions and reports from the preliminary stages to the final versions;- audit team management.
