In 2019, I started my official career in the renewable energy industry by working for the ENGIE Group. After less than two years of working on photovoltaic projects for both B2B clients and projects for the ENGIE Group, I decided that it was time to move on, and so in 2021 I started working at the Tauron Group, where I took up the development and acquisition of renewable energy sources. In 2022, I was recruited to work at the RAFAKO Group, where I am responsible for managing projects for the modernization of heating plants with the use of renewable energy sources, heat storage facilities and conventional energy sources.I am intrigued by problems related to the development and acquisition of projects, mainly renewable energy sources (PV, wind, biogas), but also interested in other projects such as production automation, optimization of production processes and the like. Despite my young age and short work experience, I am constantly looking for a way to find and improve imperfections in the process.
