My experience in web development dates back to 2007, when I discovered PHP and began bringing life to my early websites. In the following years I became familiar with WordPress, tested my strengths in creating custom CMS'es, I did some professional graphic design.My first serious job in the area of programming was the summer internship in LG Nexera in 2015. My team's goal was to create a desktop application for an operator of a rescue robot for mining industry. I learned WPF and explored the possibilities of MVVM design.Back in Poland I was given an opportunity to work in Novelty RPAS as a software engineer. I was responsible for many diverse tasks, ranging from regular programming in C#/C++ in cooperation with the electronic/R&D department, to graphic design. My achievements include successful implementation of a desktop application for UAV mission planning; creating a high-performance video player for drones in WPF & C++, creating the company website & online store, developing the identities, logos and promotional materials for products and the company itself.In 2016 I was hired by EUVIC. I remained committed to the Microsoft's technologies. For the first 1.5 years, I stayed in the realms of MVVM, working on a project in Silverlight, which was an accounting system for educational institutions. Then, after a short episode in a project for hotel industry, I was moved to another team. With technical support provided by my colleagues, I was responsible for the design and implementation of a web application for financial advisors, based on ASP.NET MVC 5.2 and AWS. in late 2019 I was also assigned to maintaining another system, this time it was a hospital management application.My responsibilities in both projects included implementation of new features, maintaining tests and documentation, deploying the products to test and production environments. Being stuck in a bit outdated stack, I started an endeavor to expand my skill set. Since 2019 I improving my knowledge of Angular, .NET Core, TypeScript, Docker and other tools. I put the new skills into practice by creating an online advertising application. I am currently pursuing a goal of being highly proficient in DDD, Event Sourcing, developing modern, scalable systems and delivering those systems to a cloud environment.
