My promotion at CHEP gave me a new motivation towards new responsibilities. I am taking care of every month processes, trainings and global HR projects. Once an Employee approach me with any problem or case, I am instantly taking care of it, resolving in the meantime providing a deep explanation of diffrent benefits and programmes that are at CHEP.

Working for CHEP is my first experience in Human Resources. I get to know different sections such as recruitment, archive or legal representatives - it bring me understanding on how the company should work, how to keep high efficiency and how to bring the best experience to our employees. Main fraction on how to achieve it is communication - first step to the solution is admitting that there is a problem.

Erasmus+ gave me a huge opportunity to meet interesting people and develop myself. After countless projects I also understood how important is the change that we can bring in everybody's life. That's what we do, we develop and cooperate in international projects.

I remember boring lessons in public schools. With Erasmus+ I discovered non-formal education. Presenting a difficult subject in an engaging way - this is what we do and what kind of project we create. The best is shown by designing our own educational games.

- Very good knowledge of RC-HURT software- Responsible for the proper functioning of the store as well as receiving deliveries- Managing the team, making sure that the given tasks have been completed properly- Contact with the client on a daily-basis
