- Ensure that Scrum and its values are well understood and applied. Working at all levels - Organization, Product Owner, Team. - Building effective teams focused on delivering business value. - Supporting teams in self-organization, communication and efficiency using workshop methods (Liberating Structures, Management 3.0). - Organizing and facilitating meetings and supporting the identification of risks. - Supporting the Product Owner in preparing User Stories, applying incremental product development and backlog management methods. - Building metrics to measure the effectiveness of teams in the context of business goals.
