Roles:Business Analyst / Implementation specialist (40%):* conduit between the customer community and the software development team,* analysing business needs,* providing high service level,* gathering requirements (through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, etc.),* creating solutions,* parameterization of the system and creating reports using SQL scripts..Project Manager (35%):* managing the projects of creation and development of sales forecasting and automatic stock replenishment (Eternia Trend and Eternia Opti),* planning tasks and coordinating work of 4-6 people team,* reporting and presenting progress,* selection and development of statistical methods and systems functionality.Tester (currently 5% as the supervision of a separate tester position):* testing of the Eternia systems,* bug reporting,* validation of implemented statistical methods. Analyst (10%):* analysis of data from customers,* development of methodology for simulation of data from customers,* performing simulations (comparing customers method of stock replenishment with our methodology),* reporting results. PreSales (5%):* developing information materials,* making presentations,* running a blog about forecasts (2011/2012) . Other (5%):* conducting trainings of Eternia system and forecasting methods,* advising on sales forecasting.
