I was responsible for:- managing, forecasting and optimizing of the liquidity position of the Group consisting of a few dozen of SPVs; managing of intercompany loans and bonds, transfer pricing policy;- managing interest rate and currency risk;- preparation of financial budgets/forecasts for investment projects, applying for new financing/refinancing, analyzing bank proposals and negotiating loans' terms and agreements; - managing of the relationships with the banks, meeting of bank covenants and reportingMy main achievements were:- designing and creation of a cash flow tool;- creation and implementation of transfer pricing policy; - negotiation and conclusion of IRS, option and forward transactions hedging of liabilities in the amount of more than PLN 400 million;- acquisition of investment loans in the amount of PLN 115 million; drawdown of construction loans in the amount of PLN 600 million; re-negotiation / restructuring of investment loans in the amount of PLN 150 million;- contributing to the: refinancing of the portfolio of 40 retail properties, establishment of Closed-end Investments Fund, preparation of prospectus and IPO, acquisition of mezzanine financing for a joint-venture buy-out.

I was responsible for the credit risk management in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania.My main achievements were:- building of the Department by recruiting of the first two Credit Risk Analysts;- creation of regional procedures and risk management process; implementation of ratings system, designing and implementation of an internal reporting;- integration of Romania into the Region.
