Unfortunately, due to strategic decisions on the project, we had to reduce the team size by the end of 2023. This explains Michal’s short time on the project which by no means was because of any lack in Michal’s performance or skills. As a team we had to make a choice and it was simply driven by “last-in, first-out”. We would have loved to keep Michal on the project but a reduction had to be made.
