• Identifying and analyzing the causes of problems in the operation of production lines• Defining and implementing measures and verification of their effectiveness• Coordination and support of external companies by their work in the paintshop.• Defining of technical specification of the new lines and taking part in construction meetings.• Acceptance of the new equipment from the manufacturer, supervising its installation in the factory (management of the installation defects, conducting supplementary arrangements and design changes).• Defining the demand for spare parts and optimization of their purchases.• Direct technical support of the maintenance technicians by the "big" breakdowns.• Implementation from scratch and care for the quality management system ISO 9001 (and VDA) in the paintshop maintenance department.Main projects:• Opening of the primer line, two painting lines (BC and CC), PVC and HRK in the new VW paintshop as the main maintenance APT engineer in these areas. Participation in the project from the phase of construction meetings through the acceptance of all robotized cells by the manufacturer and defects management till the production of the first car body.• Participation in the project of building of a chassis waxing line in the role of interdepartmental maintenance coordinator and APT specialist. Similar tasks to those by the paintshop. • Two smaller projects carried out by myself: building robotic test and training workstation for maintenance and building automated washing equipment (that meets the requirements of the ATEX directive) for the conserved components of painting robots. Both projects were carried out from the phase of defining the demand through the final acceptance and authorization for the use.
