Professional education began at a five-star Michelin restaurant in Italy. Aftewards, became a team member of swiss chef Kurt Scheller team in a newly opened 5-star Bristol Warsaw Forte hotel. Career growing with companies as Holiday Inn on Executive Sous Chef and F&B director possitions, Sheraton Starwood. After several years returned to the 5-star Bristol Luxury Collection to take over the position of Executive chef. The year 2015 onwards marks the beginning of a new challenge, which is a modern andabsolutely unique concept of gastronomy. Its aim is to promote the polish origins of alcohol manufacture combined with Poland’s heritage of the culinary art. Coming back to Bristol hotel in 2017 brings new challenges, among others refurbishment of the Bristol Cafe, process of creation a new vision of product in response to new trends, opening of new Lane’s bar with, one of the first in Poland, Nikkei culinary concept with full responsibility of menu concept, porcelain and small equipment projects.
