Regional Business Partner to regional Supply Chain Leadership Team for Global Emerging Markets (Mexico, Brazil, Middle East, India, Asia) + Australia, continuously driving improvements of supply chain processes, challenging sites and regional supply chain performance against KPI's.Key areas of responsibility:Central Industrial Engineering Team:- Facilitation of Periodical Business Reviews with GEM Factories (15 units) (Safety, Quality, Performance, Finance, Transformational Projects)- Champion of COGS Value Leadership program- close cooperation with Central Finance and regional Commercial(Procurement) teams.- Owner of Regional Performance reporting process- Custodian of Knowledge Management for IE community within region (Trainings, On-boardings, Communities of Practice)- Supporting factories in preparation of capital projects (Capacity Expansion, Automation, NPD's).- Deployment of digital tools in regional reporting: PowerBI, Sievo, Factory Digital Twins Mars Supply Excellence program:- Regional owner of Focused Improvement Pillar- Owner of Maturity Assessments Agenda (FI Pillar Auditor)- Facilitation of overall MSE deployment and Regional Community of PracticeSupply Chain Resiliency Program- Regional Leader for Finish Goods Multi-sourcing strategy- Activation of Emergency resourcing for Middle East due war in Ukraine- Member of global resiliency team - defining of end to end resiliency program for Finish Goods sourcing.

Key areas of responsibility:Line manager:- Leading team of specialists (two people) responsible for reporting and analysis of line efficiency and utilization - Ensuring effective information flow between IE team and production teams to set up CI priorities based on data and identified trends.- Translating business long term strategy into specific tasks for direct reports (mainly related with capital projects and implementation of new products)- Bulidng development plans for direct reports and supporting them in improvement of key capabilities- Recruitment and development of young talents through internship programIndustrial Engineering Department Manager:- Ensuring that factory driven acitivities and priorities are in line with overall regional manufacturing strategy- Updating factory master plan to be in line with regional role of Janaszówek factory and long term strategy for key product brands - Close cooperation with regional teams in capital project deployment, factory efficiency analysis and cost improvement- Close cooperation with Production Managers in buliding long term strategy for production lines- Implementation of Data Analytics Program into factory reporting (PowerBI)- Owner of Value Leadership Program and Factory Supply Chain Management Review- Preparing annual site business health check (in cooperation with Financial Manager)Member of Factory Leadership Team- Cooperation with Managers of all departments in: * Building highly engagement organisation both in office and in the factory * implementation of 3GP strategy * ensuring delivery of priorities from "People Agenda" (Health & Well being, Early Talent Management, Succession Plan for Mission Criticar Roless ) * Communication of regional priorioties to all Site associates (Factory and Office)

* Bulidng Lean Culture in SSC by establishing long term Continuous Improvement strategy including:- Operating model to support information flow and escalation process- Knowledge management program to assure updated and standardized operating procedures, on boarding and functional training standard based on TWI principles.- Lean training program focused on building expected mindset in SSC team and implementation of lean tools (Value Stream mapping; problem solving based on A3 methodology)* Facilitation of Improvement projects* Supporting Automatization Project Teams in implementation of RPA* Member of Site Leadership team.

- Leading and managing projects according to the Supply Chain Strategy and Idea Management program.- Ensuring use of standard methods and tools during the implementation of projects.- Ensuring preservation of the standard structure of the project team.- Measurement and communication on the teams work progress.- Determination, implementation and improvement of operating standards with regard to the safety of people and the quality of the product for the Moulding/Chocolate Value Stream.Supporting Value Stream Manager in the following areas:- Supervising quality of problem solving processes- Monitoring of compliance with the factory operating process- Improving operating standards 5s, visualisation, NQCConducting internal training about the lean philosophy together with the Site Lean Coach
