• Initiated the Project: I was the one who came up with the idea for the "Innovations Academy: Mistrzowie Pozyskiwania Kapitału" project, aiming to enhance the capital raising skills of students and starting business owners in the Mazovia region. This initiative was directed at entrepreneurs eager to learn about financing at various stages of business/startup development.• Managed the Team: As the coordinator, I led the project team, overseeing all aspects of the project from planning to execution. This involved coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure the smooth running of the project.• Overseeing Workshops: I was responsible for making sure the main part of the event went without any problems. These workshops covered various aspects of capital raising, including bootstrapping, crowdfunding, loans/grants for startups, financing through incubators/accelerators, seed and venture capital funding, strategic and angel investors, as well as many more advanced financing forms like private equity, LBO, MBO, IPO, and New Connect.• Designed the Marketing Campaign: I designed and implemented a comprehensive marketing campaign to promote the project. The campaign ran during August, September, and the beginning of October, aimed at maximizing participation and ensuring the project reached its target audience effectively.• Settled the Grant: Finally, I was responsible for the financial management of the project, including settling the grant. This involved meticulous budgeting, expense tracking, and ensuring that all project costs for equipment rental, marketing activities, promotional materials, graphic work, video editing, accounting services, coordinator salaries, photography, and catering - were accounted for and properly managed.Throughout this project, I was deeply involved in every stage, from its conceptualization to the final financial reconciliations, showcasing my leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
