• Perform installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers/scanners, telephony, desktop solutions and email infrastructure)• Determine appropriate hardware and software based on corporate policy and end user requirements (including patching, upgrades and configuration adjustments)• Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and problems with network (activate network ports in server rooms) to help minimize downtime• Manage inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use, and advising management on ordering where necessary
