Out of the box HR/People Ops leader known for authenticity, transparency and creative problem solving. Having experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, and as an HR Business partner, I am so thrilled to combine this passion and expertise in my current role leading the People Function for Earthbound Brands- a design and branding agency with an incredible portfolio. I am also very interested in culture building and employee centricity. During my time at L'Oreal I was fortunate enough to have led numerous task-force initiatives to bring cultural change to a large company one small step at a time. In June 2017, I was one of 15 speaker at the first ever TEDxL'OrealNYC with my talk "The case for having fun in the office"

Assistant Manager, Dmi Talent Acquisition (Global Marketing And Brand Innovation)L'Oréal Apr 2013 - Jul 2014Paris, FrFull cycle recruitment (campus- Director level) of L'Oreal USA's global brand development teams. These teams help create the DNA of the brand. They analyze the market, looking for white space and areas of opportunity in their category. They partner with the labs to create new and innovative products to push their brand forward and keep it relevant. They work with partners on copy, print, and packaging and help bring a product from conception through development until it’s ready to launch globally. In this role I was also in charge of developing campus strategy to improve our attraction and retention at the campus level. I conducted a source of hire and school analysis to identify 3 key partner schools. I then developed 2 out of the box profile programs I order to increase diversity in our population. In order to share the complexity of this role on campus I worked with business leaders to develop and simple yet comprehensive infographic of the product development process. We used this on campus as well as with junior level recruitment. In this role I reduced time to hire and team gaps through close partnership with the HR generalists and proactive succession planning -
Talent Acquisition CoordinatorL'Oréal Dec 2011 - Apr 2013Paris, FrMy team hired assistant manager roles and above for the following functions across the brands and divisions of L'Oreal: marketing, creative, digital, finance, e-commerce, HR, IT, legal. Our goal is to find top talent who are a great fit for L'Oreal, build relationships with them, and work to find the best fit for their goals, skills, and passions. As the coordinator I was responsible for scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate data in both our ATS and CRM (Avature). However with my background I quickly developed a project to screen any referrals that came in. This way I could learn the L’Oreal core competencies and hone my interview skills, plus it ensured that every referral was screened regardless of openings. When my manager went on maternity leave I took over many requisitions handling the full cycle recruitment and partnership with the HR Business partners. -
