In collaboration with a team of developers, we will be designing and supporting software to enable unique methods of processing and distributing reverse logistics products.

As Director of IT, I am responsible for over 100 personnel divided among several teams based on development area. In close coordination with team leads, I ensure that industry best practice processes are in place and that advances in each area are incorporated as appropriate to the projects and overall strategy of DevDigital. A key function of this role is fostering clear understanding between project managers or members of the sales team in the Nashville office and the various developers working in Vadodara India office.As Sr Data Architect with over 25 years of experience in and around data systems, it is my goal to provide clients with well-designed data systems that support their current needs and provides the infrastructure to grow with their business as needs evolve over time. I will train our junior DBAs to perform all required maintenance and to plan correctly for the level of HA/DR required for each project. I'll work with hardware and network teams to prepare for the projected needs of each project.

● As the Database Architect and Sr DBA, working cooperatively with my team, I developed the data structure of our custom ERP system for accurately tracking 30 million retail products as they are produced, processed, warehoused, shipped, stocked and sold in a full life-cycle from our unique intake and valuation process through sales and ultimately integrating to our highly customized financial software. This included performance tuning and optimizing OLTP SQL services allowing for the processing of tens of thousands of unique retail products per day and the integration of data flowing in from 90 retail stores across 8 states. A comprehensive process for data backups and backup testing was instituted throughout over 100 individual database servers. Mirroring, replication, and availability groups were used where appropriate to minimize downtime, ensuring the continued smooth operation of each division of the company. MS SQL Server formed the backbone of this system using both the database engine and the reporting services, with some ancillary systems using MySQL and PostgreSQL as appropriate for the needs. Cruise Missile Analyst and Database Developer● Shift supervisor overseeing scheduling, dispatch, and data analysis in support of a 50 person maintenance operation● Designed and developed missile system analysis and reporting software using MS SQL Server with a custom user interface, for tracking all missiles and launch gear.
