  • Reviewed all Queensland supplier agreements, led negotiations with key suppliers leading to a cost reduction of $30k per year.
  • Developed and implemented facility audits supporting safety and maintenance compliance, and proactive maintenance rosters employed leading to external audit efficiency and improved safety and delivery outcomes.
  • Managed facility relocation and fit-out of multiple branches across QLD. Whilst projects had budget of up to $380K, the relocations provided efficiency gains and cost savings to make the branches profitable.
  • Managed branch build of the Bosso St Project in Mackay. Partnered with Builders and suppliers to deliver $40M new warehouse and service workshop, amalgamating three business units which supported teams to work more.
  • Managed the $15M Fairfield Head office project including fit-out and relocation of staff from the North Ryde office.
