A passionate coach turned therapeutic mentor and experiential therapist, dedicated to helping others develop all facets of their well-being. I believe in impressing yourself, above all—as only the inner individual is truly aware of one’s true limitations and when we have met, surpassed, or are falling short of them. When lacking knowledge of self and self-worth, we often sell ourselves short of what we are truly capable of. Thus, many live a life short of our true potential and without true peace or happiness. I live to develop holistic health in myself and others, urging other to build healthier relationships by establishing rapport and building healthy with them. Relarionship is the catalyst by which I reach and teach; finding, revealing, and cultivating the potential inside myself and others. It is by actively participating in the ritual of loving and healing ourselves, that we are made available to love, help, and assist others in their healing.
