Business Analyst. Responsible for developing business metrics, business analysis, software development, and supervision of the information technologies department. This included creation of three business to business order/accounting systems, one developed from scratch. Also responsible for purchasing all information technology hardware, software and services including a complete installation of Microsoft Dynamics AX as a replacement for DDMS distribution software.

Margin Manager. Responsible for two areas of operations. The first was policy, planning and implementation of office products proposals and contracts for southern Texas with four direct reports. The second was the day to day operations of all sales administration.

Sales Support Manager. Responsible for divisional pricing policy for most of the southeast region including South Texas, Florida and the Carolinas. Responsible for the production of proposals and contracts for contract office products customers, including negotiations with both vendors and customers, document preparation for bids and proposals, and ongoing contract maintenance. ISO Management Representative. Responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of ISO 9002/1994 certification and all quality activities. This included representing the interests of all stakeholders in the development and ongoing review of business metrics, documentation of procedure, implementation of quality plans and corrective action plans.

Sales Support Supervisor. Responsible for the production of proposals and contracts for contract office products customers. This involved negotiations with both vendors and customers, document preparation for bids and proposals, and ongoing contract maintenance.

Assistant Technical Support Manager. Responsible for the daily operations of the Technical Support Department that had for three functions. Primary function was the production of proposals and contracts. This involved negotiations with both vendors and customers, document preparation for bids and proposals, and ongoing contract maintenance. Tertiary duties included database maintenance and product advice for computer supplies and accessories. Also served as interim Purchasing Manager for extended periods.
