Perform systems services (Windows & Linux normal and virtualized servers on VMware Platforms) operation tasks; including solving incidents, performing changes, implementing new releases, service packs, upgrades, patches and maintaining the service configuration within the configuration management system as well as identifying problems and escalating it to the proper fix group.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Solve systems service incidents. Perform systems service changes. Implement systems new releases. Perform release management including operating systems upgrades, service packs installation, virtualization and middleware upgrades and patches as well as software and hardware migrations. Perform configuration management asks and ensures at all time the systems inventory is populated with an up to date information reflection operational changes. Identify systems problems, assign it to the proper engineering/fix group responsible for solving it, and follow up with the fix group until the problem is solved. Contribute in service operation processes management including contribution providing reason for outage (RFO)Provide leadership and coaching to L1/service desk when needed.Support and manage the below products:- VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)- VMware Cloud Director- vSphere- NSX-T/ NSX-V- vRealize Operations- vRealize Log Insight- Usage Meter- VMware Cloud Director Availability- Windows Server- Linux RHEL- MS SQL- Ansible- Terraform

-Act as technical escalation point for Video conference Expert members -Coach the members and preform the monthly score cards - Manage the team Roster.-Support the customers for the highly escalated cases-Plan and execute for team members training , Labs and Upskilling programs

My role has 2 parts:1-Operations: -Advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, proactive & Active-Troubleshoot, identify and resolve Video incidents and providing Level 2 support.-Work on Video Products including Cisco Endpoints ( Webex Series‚ IX5000, DX70/80, MX200/300/700/800, SX10/20/80 &EX), Infrastructur including-Cisco Call Manager-VCS, Expressways-Conductor&TPS-CiscoMeeting Server-Telepresence management Suite(TMS) &TMSXE-Cisco Video Mesh-PEXIP-Synergy Join-Document all troubleshooting and provide regular updates for all actions executed to solve customer issues -Liaise with other internal teams to resolve faults affecting video service.-Mange escalation procedure with vendors (Cisco TAC, Polycom) when required -Document and Perform change management activities which includes implementing customer simple and complex changes. Also, creating migration guides and implementation guides.-Perform release management activities which includes implementing new releases and upgrades to latest software (ex: Endpoints, CUCM, ESXI, CIMC, Expressways … Etc) -Distribute the cases among on duty team members 2-BUILD:• Video configuration of endpoints for new customers as well as for new sites of existing customers.• Infrastructure setup, implementation and migration for new customers as well as for new sites of existing customers.• Ensure that Pre-tests and internal validations are carried out.• Support testing with customer [ATP] before handing-over to operations
