Actively seeking my next adventure, currently a store manager for auto one, franchise store. That has recently closed down, while I have been offered another role under the Magic Enterprise. I feel like this is the right time to find my next adventure.For the last 6 months my focus was on working with the small team and changed the focus and patterns that they were use to. Helping guide the true focus on customer service, updated training and understanding. We then fully restructured the store standards and layout with a fresh updated look from merchandising to accessibility and grouping with eye catching focus points. My roll also including me having to work closely with suppliers and reps to rebuild a broken relationship to get the correct stock that would bring customers to the store. However sadly a larger corporation store opened near and the owner has decided to close…The skill set from Area/cluster and multi site management for over 10 years, from Auto parts to Mens fashion. Nightclub and even a Disney store. My focus and energy is always a can do approach. Encouraging and drive my team to look from a different angle and point of view. I’m hoping my next roll will be as challenging and rewarding. Ideally I would love to get back into area management and help grow my team to new nights.
