Oversee and coordinate services for English Language Learners

I teach ESL and SSL at Siler City Elementary. I have also produced training materials and conducted training seminars for classroom teachers to enable them to better serve the Language Learners in their classrooms.

I write content, maintain a blog on Greek Linguistics and design page-layout. This is not my only job, but it's the one that means the most to me.My goals in this work are twofold: facilitate learning Hellenistic Greek, and support the application of methods from the field of Linguistics to the analysis of Ancient Greek.

I taught English to Speakers of Spanish, Purepecha, Gujarati, and other languages and chaired the LEP Services Committee, a committee organized to insure adequate service to students with limited English proficiency. I led a Professional Learning Community (PLC) for teachers working with students from various language groups.

Taught courses in Biblical Studies and Philosophy; designed websites to accompany all courses taught.

I taught Classical Greek and Religion and Philosophy.

I taught New Testament, Hellenistic Greek (Biblical, Koine), and Philosophy.

I conducted research on Hellenistic Greek and Linguistics.

Taught classes in intermediate syntax, note-taking, vocabulary development, and related topics

I provided simultaneous translation between English and Spanish, translating everything said in the courtroom during trials against Spanish-speaking defendants.
