Specific responsibilities include, through the effective management of local and remote finance teams, the deliverance of –• For 13 entities the accurate and timely management accounts (Oracle), including variance analysis, in accordance with Corporate HQ guidelines and procedures• Full local financial compliance in terms of the statutory accounts , VAT requirements and local audits (either directly or with support of local bookkeepers and remote finance teams)• Full, clear and timely reconciliations between local bookkeepers’ ledgers to Amdocs ERP system.• Calculation of quarterly tax provisions and presentation of tax reporting packs, including full reconciliation between ERP tax provision and final CT submission• Compliance with all internal control procedures and SOX requirements• Effective management of audit and bookkeeping budgets

Internal Financial Reporting, US GAAP accounts:• Ensure that the books are closed accurately and in compliance with corporate and internal calendars• Managing the review and posting of P&L and Intercompany accounting entries to ensure compliance with policy, Sarbanes Oxley Controls and Service Level Agreements.• Ensuring all account reconciliations are completed and reviewed as per company deadlines• Complete monthly and quarterly EMEA balance sheet, P&L and Intercompany variance analysis and participate in monthly Global analytical review calls with the Global Controller Norway and Israel Finance Liaison, US GAAP Accounts:• Liaising with Outsourced Providers to ensure that the books are closed accurately and in compliance with corporate calendars• Ensuring all account reconciliations are completed and reviewed as per company deadlinesAudit Manager, Local Statutory Accounts • Audit Manager for several 2009 Yahoo! EMEA entity audits supervising up to 7 contractors • Project lead to align local statutory GAAP to US GAAP at an entity level, focusing on aged adjustments from 2003 to 2007 • Quarterly P&L forecasting intercompany calculations, as part of Effective Tax Rate calculation Process Improvement Projects• Intercompany Calculation Automation (ICAN) project• Accounting lead on project to migrate Y! Norway and Y! Israel accounting processes into the FSC• Balance Sheet forecasting tool build project, focusing on intercompany agreements and foreign exchange exposure

Team Lead:• Supervise up to 5 team members in the review and preparation of the US GAAP and UK GAAP accounts• Set, monitor and manage objectives for the US GAAP team and provide guidance and coaching to help them carry out their duties effectively. Focusing on team training, morale and maximize team performance through target management and motivation Monthly US GAAP accounts: • Team and technical lead responsible for US GAAP compliance on UK and Ireland general ledger accounts• Preparation of monthly Executive Summary reporting pack for senior UK and Ireland finance personnel and participate in monthly accounts review calls with country controllers• Review of accounting entries and reconciliations to ensure compliance with US GAAP, ensuring correcting entries are raised as appropriate• Research of Accenture finance policies and key contact with policies group in the resolution of technical US GAAP accounting issues• Complete internal control documentation for Sarbanes Oxley compliance Annual UK GAAP accounts:• Preparation of statutory trial balance and working paper file for Accenture Ireland and Accenture UK• Preparation of corporation tax files for Accenture Ireland, reviewed by E&Y• Liaised with the external auditors on US GAAP and UK GAAP audits

• Preparation of statutory and management accounts and grant applications. Clients ranged from sole traders, solicitors, and charities to small and medium sized limited companies in various industries such as cosmetic surgery, bakery, property management, financial consultancy and manufacturing • Auditing of small and medium sized companies at a junior, semi-senior and senior level. As a senior I supervised and delegated work to up to three junior staff members. I dealt with companies with a turnover of up to €10 million and a staff of 30 people. Under the guidance of the Audit Partner I was required to work on my own initiative and to see every job to completion • Preparation of computation for Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, PAYE and a small amount of Capital Gains Tax and the filing of the various tax returns.
