Over the past 25 years, he has built several multimillion-dollar homes and executed transformative remodels in the scenic Temecula Wine Country. His prowess extends to commercial ventures as well, having played a key role in the development of strip malls, commercial buildings, and outdoor malls, including the renowned Folsom Outlets and Movie Theater. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and personal growth, Micheal embarked on a transformative educational journey at the prestigious Harvard Business School. There, he studied leadership and management, equipping himself with invaluable skills to lead and inspire others.Not content with personal success alone, Micheal is deeply committed to giving back to the community and supporting aspiring contractors. He serves as a mentor and RMO (Responsible Managing Officer) for up-and-coming contractors, guiding and nurturing their growth. His mentorship is currently paving the way for two different contractors to establish thriving businesses, while he has also helped three others obtain their licenses, opening doors of opportunity for them. Moreover, Micheal is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder of a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities.
