❖ Responsible for the logistical and operational management of events/programs with program budgets, ranging from $5,000.00 to a million+ for Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. During program execution: responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing staff on-site, coordinating with & managing vendors prior to operation and on-site, oversee profits and losses (P&L) for each program, and increase gross profit through upselling. Post program: responsible for creating client’s final invoice, and reconciling expenses (submitting payroll, vendor invoicing). All-in-all, I serve as a contact for the client during the pre-planning and the primary contact during operation to ensure the expectations are exceeded to promote client retention. As well as uncovering opportunities to increase productivity and improve best practices for the success of future programs.

❖ Responsible for on the ground duties of executing an event at the largest business event management firm in the U.S. As field staff my duties ranged from meet and greet of attendees, transportation and luggage assistance, directional support, and customer service: tending to the attendee’s general needs throughout the duration of the event. Worked as independent contractor on an as needed basis.

❖ Responsible for marketing ads across multiple platforms for residential listings; assist with drafting contracts; showing clients homes; assisting in qualifying potential clients; assist client with questions, walk-throughs, and/or contractor suggestions; experience working with sellers, buyers, and renters. As well as increased productivity with the implementation of updated documents and best practices.

❖ Owner/Operator. A nationwide authorized dealer/installer of Johnson Window Films. Specializing in automotive, residential, and commercial widow tint.

❖ Responsible for hiring employees, processing payroll, schedule staff shifts, manage the shop budget, and manage shop inventory. I had a staff of 5 employees. I opened and closed the shop 6 days a week. We performed minor auto repair, car was & detail, auto glass repair and window tint. I also served as the window tint specialist.

❖ Assisted the shop manager and owner with day-to-day duties. Ranging from cleaning up, assisting with staff scheduling, and managing the shop inventory.
