The review included identifying Service Members who were improperly subject to foreclosure despite being entitled to protections under SCRA or under additional SCRA benefits offered by the Servicer. Acted as a Second Level Quality Control Reviewer correcting loan file reviews, identifying exceptions, completing loan escalations and providing feedback to File Reviewers. Mortgage Regulatory Compliance (Regulation X) Senior ConsultantPerform audits of Mortgage Default Servicing operational and regulatory requirements through independent testing of loans. The primary focus was the review of CFPB Regulatory Compliance of 12 CFR Part 1024.41 (g) (Regulation X). The loan file review process assessed the Servicer’s compliance of Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure servicing processes and monitored for compliance of new or amended laws, rules and regulations. Review impacted loans for FCRA compliance. Provided coaching to team members in all phases of the audit process.
