Nach meiner kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung absolvierte ich mein Abitur sowie zwei Studiengänge (BWL, Finanzwirtschaft) in Abend- und Fernschule parallel zu meiner Berufstätigkeit. Über die Jahre entwickelte sich meine Karriere von der Sachbearbeitung über Teamleitung, Abteilungsleitung, Head of bis hin zur Geschäftsführung mit einer Führungsverantwortung von bis zu 220 Mitarbeitenden in unterschiedlichen Branchen.Hierbei sammelte ich breite Fach- und Führungserfahrung sowohl in internationalen Konzernstrukturen als auch in klein- und mittelständisch geprägten Unternehmen mit interkultureller Ausrichtung.Mein Motto: I never lose.
