ARCIDA Advisors ("ARCIDA") was founded in 2021 as a fully integrated servicing and investment advisory platform for distressed debt and real estate specializing in non-performing loans (NPLs) and sub-performing loans (SPLs) with a real estate focus. With the interest rate turnaround starting in 2022, the issue has become even more relevant. We believe we are well placed to offer financiers and investors viable and beneficial solutions. Our broad network in the financial community and among professional investors is a prerequisite for this. Our team of experienced real estate, re-structuring and financial market experts has already realized a volume of over € 30 billion in NPL, SPL and real estate transactions. I have been part of the founding team of ARCIDA since 2021.My background includes almost 20 years of experience in distressed debt, real estate investments and portfolio management, including six years as vice president at Hudson Advisors Germany and nine years as Founder and Managing Partner at Headstream Group, a boutique investment firm specialising in value-add and opportunistic real estate investments. I have been part of the founding team of ARCIDA since 2021. As Head of Business development I am responsible for the sourcing business.
