By analyzing the causes, implementing reprocessing methods, and ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders, I provided continuous support to the teams until the situation was fully resolved.

I orchestrated a complete restructuring of the group's financial department following the acquisition of a subsidiary, aiming to standardize practices and consolidate teams at a single site. This initiative included establishing a Sales Administration function to reduce billing delays and anomalies, as well as refocusing accounting and management control services on their core missions.At the same time, I collaborated with management to manage cash flow tensions and relationships with financial partners, by implementing a new financial partner and replacing factoring with Cessions Dailly.

I restructured the financial department of an LBO-owned group, a leading player in payroll services in France. The objective was to standardize practices and merge teams at a single site, thus creating a uniform and standardized financial direction.This involved implementing dashboards, a budget matrix, an analytical structure, and a purchasing workflow. Additionally, I improved the quality of accounting data, supervised the migration of accounting and payroll IT systems, implemented cash pooling, and created new entities.

When I took over the CFO role at AGEFOS, the French leader in professional training financing, following a two-year vacancy, I led a complete restructuring of the organization. I managed a team of 30 direct reports and 75 indirect reports.My achievements were significant, ranging from reorganizing cost control to completely overhauling the accounting department and creating from scratch the consolidation, treasury, and procurement services. Additionally, I orchestrated five mergers, implemented a cash pooling, and migrated accounting and consolidation IT systems.At the request of the Board of Directors, I also led a task force in response to a major crisis that occurred due to structural errors during the migration of the business information system to enable certification of the accounts.

As the Accounting Director at Constellium, the global leader in aluminum transformation, I focused on restructuring the accounting department to meet the quality requirements of financial data prior to its listing on the NYSE.I successfully led the deployment of the Sarbanes Oxley project, implementing rigorous internal controls and ensuring adequate documentation of financial processes.I also played a key role in preparing for the IPO by participating in legal analysis, accounting translation work, and monitoring associated costs.
