Responsible for contacts with advertising agencies, and complete pre-press production workflow.Analyzed customers' needs via in-depth production analyses, time estimations and on-site production evaluations. Performed essential interface role between product specialists (marketing and R & D) and the field (sales executives and customers). Created technical documents detailing system configurations. Provided training and technical expertise, including demonstration support, to European sales forces. Organized regional seminars and sales meetings.

Managed and supervised all operations of the vacation day-camp established by the town of Tubize, in Belgium; including student enrollment, councilor hiring, staff management, parent relationships, organization of activity programs, etc. I was in charge of managing a team of 10 to 15 councilors and about 150-200 children between the ages of 6 and 13. Many of these kids were from immigrant origins and from parents who were victims of the dramatic recession occuring in the textile and steel industries at the time. The camp operated for 8 weeks in the summer, 2 weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks at Easter.
