I have over two decades of experience in the media and entertainment industry. I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Talent Plus (www.talentplus.me), a leading UAE-based agency dedicated to creating impactful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.  We specialize in crafting bespoke influencer marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results for our clients. In 2024, we partnered with Gushcloud International (www.gushcloud.com), a global creator and IP management and licensing company powered by AI. Together we scout and sign for talents, celebrities, and creators in MENA and South Asia, and bring them opportunities to the other parts of Asia and Hollywood, and vice versa. Our partnership is backed by ADM Holdings (owned by Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum), and J&F Holdings (owned by serial entrepreneur and investor Faisal Belhoul, also the Vice Chairman of the Dubai Chambers). Prior to leading Talent Plus, I have worked with multinational brands in healthcare, technology, retail and beauty sectors, and various government entities in the Middle East. I have also worked in the football industry and have direct access to global football clubs and star athletes.
