Key roles and Responsibilities as GM:* Managing the company in accordance with the provisions of the effective legislation* Manage and organize the overall business, commercial and administrative activity of the company.* Represent the company before all natural persons and legal entities, state bodies, both central and local state and the customs.* Represent the Company before Tax Authorities.* Act before any ordinary, administrative or tax judicial authority, either as plaintiff or as defendant, and to represent the Company in bankruptcy proceedings of any kind; answer interrogations, both in preliminary phase and in proceedings in capacity as legal representative of the Company, appointing legal counsels and experts before any judicial court * Represent the Company before any administrative authority for the purpose of obtaining licenses, authorizations, permits, registrations or certificates.* Executing lease agreements concerning movables and services of any kind, including supply agreements for public utility services (electricity, gas, telephone, water, etc.; necessary for the company.Key Roles as CTO:* I assume a high level responsibility for management of all projects including planning, managing risks, staffing, billing control and monitoring and evaluating project implementation; through project managers ensuring client satisfaction. I take responsibility for all; supporting the sales back-office activities, including specially logistics, tracking of orders and deliveries, collection and sales reporting.
