Member of the Global Critical Solutions team for the CO+I organization of Microsoft.

▪ Capacity Planning: managing new capacity for the DC. Populating the DC with clusters, managing the allocation of space, power and cooling.▪ Manage Power Capping Program for DC; harvesting additional power, retrofits.▪ Responsible for new technology; liquid cooling, SAP, NetApp, Cray, VMware.▪ Network upgrades and expansions.▪ Bridging the gap between CE, New Builds and IT; CFM, retrofits, consultancy.▪ Managing compliancy for decommissioning and attached workflow.▪ Training other DCs to improve Operational efficiency and SLA metrics.▪ Providing technical support to the Deployment team.

▪ Overal IT planning and coordination between Ops - GC for construction; projects, troubleshooting.▪ Responsible for the implementation of the production and management network at new DCs.▪ Build out the EPMS/BMS and fabric (network) for new DCs together with DCOPs.▪ Retro-fits existing DCs

▪ Lead, manage, and responsible for the deployment team, ensuring all clusters will be deployed to Microsoft properties within given SLA.▪ Daily IT-leads and team work assignment meetings – weekly deployment meeting.▪ Develop PDP for team members of deployment and perform semi-annual appraisals.▪ Prioritize and assign work requests to day technicians.▪ Perform or facilitate resolution of Break/Fix engagements.▪ Ensuring that all records (example: assets) are updated in the Microsoft tooling following any changes made.▪ Leading the team regarding policy/procedure interpretation and providing guidance, ‘hot’ customer engagement handling, prioritization/resource conflicts.▪ Ensure that holiday and sickness absence is covered to maintain our SLA’s.▪ Presenting KPI's to local management team.▪ Laying the core network throughout a new additional Datacenter with my team.

New Microsoft Datacenter build up:- Initial onboarding of Critical Vendors (46 Vendors- CE/IT/Training).- Initial setup Maintenance contracts for new Vendors (technical input from CE-Supervisor).- Initial ordering of spares working strongly together with the day technicians.- Initial onboarding of Facility Management Vendors- Alignement of Terms & Conditions CBRE Corporate Outsourcing US - with West Region Director.- Alignement of Terms & Conditions CBRE Managed Services UK - with Procurement UK.- Making the Datacenter Audit ready with the management team.CMMS Administrator:- Planning the annually Power Interuption Test (black building test)- Configuration of the Maintenance system- Creating a yearly Maintenance Planning for Vendors- Building Maintenance Planning CBRE in-house team working strongly with CE-Supervisor- Asset managementReporting- Creation and communication of a monthly CMMS Compliancy Report for Microsoft- Reporting the monthly metrics for the Datacenter to Microsoft

Creating a monthly and weekly Maintenance Planning for Technical Services with a size of 38 employees, five departments (Electrical, Automation/Process control, Mechanical, Building maintenance, Engineering). Merge with project planning and production planning. Development and implementation of this new method of planning and collaboration for the entire Maintenance department.

CMMS (Content Maintenance Management System – 105 users): Functional management as well as designing and developing the system, creating user interfaces, designing work processes, rights management, management authorizations for purchases. Reporting to the Manager IS United Biscuits (mother company) Northern Europe.Responsibilities:- Analyze breakdowns in data and use this information to make strategic decisions such as adjusting the Preventive Maintenance program, investment requests, modifications, etc.- Established and maintain several Key Performance Indicators for the Maintenance Department.- Testing the Maintenance software for subversion updates and version updates for Verkade and United Biscuits.- Developing and providing training for users of the Maintenance System, Information System, Tablets, logging errors, PDA’s, Preventive Maintenance and the working hours registration web application.- Provide support to users, troubleshooting in the database (Workbench/SQL).Other tasks:- Coördinating Focus Team Breakdowns consisting of 12 employees.- Administrator database site access of external staff (53 persons) - AEO security.- Responsible for two information systems (150+ users) and associated information flows; create structure within the information system, creating templates, maintenance of the information system.- Administrator database third party timesheets and also approval timesheets of 17 external employees. Maintaining contact with regional managers and planners of contractors.

- Servicing various technical departments as a job preparator.- Instructing contractors about house rules and compliance with safety guidelines- Purchase of non-stock items for the technical departments - national and international.

Assisting the manager Automation/Process control with the development of an information system. Create pages, create content, update electrical drawings and modifying templates. Offer assistance to the Technical employees regarding the information system.
