- Manage the construction of structural chambers and foundations such as manholes, chambers, street light foundations, house collection chambers, gullies, ooredoo…- Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan- Monitor and report to Project Manager progress of work- Define clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all team members- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance- Provide safe work environments for employees

- Manage the Civil Department that consists of 3 site engineers, 30 foremen and 400 workers distributed as per each project requirements- Execute the construction of all structural elements within different projects- Distribute the manpower according to each project requirements- Monitor and report to COO progress of scope of work under the department- Take off the reinforcement and concrete quantities- Placing order of the materials (rebar, concrete, GRP liners, Molds, tools, etc….)- Follow up with suppliers the production and delivery of materials (precast elements (if required), molds, GRP liners, etc….)- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance
