Responsible for leveraging European and Global supplier agreements, coach and support the local purchasers to continuously improve profitability and implement innovative hospitality concepts and products.

Responsible Supply Chain for 800 catering units Logistics, Data management from product master data to cash register and HSEQ supplier audits and all NPR facility management master agreements.

Responsible for strategic supplier relationships for direct and indirect spend including category management, TCO calculations, supply chain analyses, tenders, negotiation of contracts at local and international level

My responsibilities included all contracts regarding the procurement of Dairy of Bakery within the EMEA region.
