Encevo, originally Soteg the national gas utility, is the holding company composed of energy provider Enovos and grid operator Creos, a utility in Central Europe. During a 10-year tenure roles and responsibilities included the following:- Acted since 2012 as Member of the Executive Committee, in charge of Human Resources, Facility Management, Legal, Insurance, Organisational Excellence and Internal Audit, reporting to the Board of Directors of the Encevo Group - Steered and oversaw applied operational excellence concepts such as Lean Six Sigma and balanced scorecard - Recognised for ability to reorganise functions/departments, defining their strategy in alignment with the group strategy and engage and motivate teams to work together more effectively and meet objectives- Started as General Counsel and successfully helped the organisations counselled to define and implement business strategies and to achieve targets in a structured, risk conscious way with the right dose of entrepreneurship.
