KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: • Be main senior level interface with In2log most important key account customers in eastern China region. Coordinate and guide key customers in their needs and organize with related management of CS and project department project development, operational guideline and issue solving.• Lead of frequent (monthly, quarterly) management meetings operation team to identify areas of improvement, track root causes and define actions for prevention in the future.• Active monitoring of performance in the service delivery performance (against the agreed KPIs).• To setup new SOP according to key account customer’s requirement, train CS/WAREHOUSE staff for the operation process and monitor the compliance during the operationPROJECT MANAGEMENT• Lead Project phase of strategic logistics customer of In2log from Project signature to Operation go live and monitoring:o Define project plan and coordinate with the warehouse/CS/IT/Transport teams all the project tasko Lead project meetings with customer and internally to achieve customer requirement in term of operation and leadtime o Define and Manage project budget together with In2log top managemento Identify and manage project risk along the planning• Lead any internal project assigned by the supply chain director on various fields: warehouse automation, IT development operation related, process & flow optimization, new warehouse, or flow setup.• Benchmark logistics solution and be proactive in suggesting & implementing new solution for warehousing and distributions services

- Lead the development of long-term strategy for innovative projects suchas Sustainability, Cosmetics, RFID etc...- Brainstorming and survey organization, Project facilitator- Responsible for old season cleaning (strategy, budget calculation andmonthly follow-up)- Manage wholesale P&L and develop buyer network- Price and terms negotiation- Work with warehouse team to optimize warehouse processes- Assortment plan, Product analysis and Stock allocation for South East Asia- Re-Order and residual risk management (Discount rate)- Organize logistic plan for allocation (plane, cargo)

- Managing overall finance, preparation of financial reports as Budget, 3 years plan, monthly reports (PL, BS)... - Monthly analysis Actual vs Budget (sales, costs, CAPEX, NFP, Headcount…) with HQ in France - Cash management (Cash forecast, overdue management, respect of budget FCF) - Costs control and costs analysis, control of OPEX - Gross margin analysis (volume / mix effect calculation on sales, material, labor, energy...) - Managing accountant and cashier, work closely with all department (sales, purchasing, operation, logistics…)
