Responsible for content management reform, migrating all Comedy/Drama content (e.g. Little Britain, Bleak House) into Documentum. Coordinated work across three departments (iD&E, NMC, CBBC). Introduced version control, web-based project management, python development, video documentation and web services strategy (leveraging Web 2.0).

Advised on policies around the use of open source software in UK central government. Recommended closer examination of hybrid systems where open and closed software systems interoperate.

Consultant to the Small Business Services, DTI. Responsible for technical strategy for DTI online services and integration with other UK Government departments, particularily the Office of the E-Envoy, and the Business Link network.
