I work for the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee as a summer camp councilor. For my first year, I was one of two lifeguards. As the only lifeguard that lived at camp, I was in charge of checking the chemical levels each morning and making sure that the pool was clean and safe for the campers to swim. At the beginning of each week I had to administrate a swim test on each camper to see their swimming strengths and place them in a color category to ensure their safety while at the pool. For my second year at Camp Holloway, I had the position of Lead Unit Councilor. With this, I was one of the go to people for Unit Councilors. My job was to make sure everything was running smoothly within my assigned cabins and any thing that Unit Councilors needed, I made sure they got in a timely manner. Thought the summer of 2016, I also helped out at the pool and many adventure programs offered at the camp when help was needed.
