As a Production Assistant I coordinate the logistics between TEDxTorino, venue residences and externals suppliers concerning the success of our conferences. While up there in the control room, I supervise the show production and the stage/white box management, all while being connected to everyone through intercom. I also hold the role of Showcaller at the TEDxTorinoSalon (smaller event with three speakers rather than 12-15 as we normally see during the TEDxTorino Conferences).And, of course, I serve as on site support for sound production, sound management and light production.In February 2023 I assumed a core position at TEDxTorino for TEDxTorino - Un incondizionato amore per l'essere umano - where I served as the Stage Manager and Production Coordinator overseeing the entire process of the show's production. Additionally, I undertook the responsibility of coordinating a heterogeneous team of 10 individuals in various production capacities.

@TorinoGiovaniWith the team of TorinoGiovani, a Comune di Torino's project that wants to engage youth to live fully the torinese experience, we created TG's brand identity from scratch, taking brand elements in the logo and extended those to all the content we produced in order to create a cohesive visual direction. We also intervened in the tone of voice, switching prof an institutional ToV to a generational one, focusing on being recognized as a primary source of information from Millennials and Gen Z. We shared all the interesting opportunities for young people, from music events to cultural salons, narrating them on our social media and blog. TorinoGiovani's engagement and reach both grew up to 111% in the last year, from barely 6K followers in June 2021 and reaching almost 14K followers today (June 2022).I also introduced Project Management Tools such Asana and Notion to organize the work inside the office, with great feedback from the team. TorinoGiovani also operates as media relations and press office, meaning we got to explore the functioning of big events in the city from the perspective of the press, never stopping producing content to tell our followers.

As a Production Assistant I've supported the coordination between backstages and the white box area, the Green Room, where artists can watch the show and where the Eurovision actually takes place during voting time. I also got to prompt cues, after revising them, to the production crew and the hosts. During the live shows, I supported the production managing the audience flows and making sure everything was ready to begin.Two weeks of rehearsals and nine live shows, and I can still hear the last cue called in my head. It goes something like: "Everybody ready, guys, a minute to go"
