Leading with success the Operations team in emergency mode and organising the repatriation of over 400 students in Switzerland and from 40 AFS global destinations has been one of the most interesting and challenging experiences I have ever had- Strengthened existing partnerships with corporates and institutions, developed new external projects- Ensured the quantitative and qualitative implementation of existing AFS Switzerland programsand offerings for the whole of Switzerland- Responsibility for development and implementation of strategic and operational projects- Development of future AFS program offerings in accordance with the organization's missionand strategy- Negotiations with partner countries and partner organizations- Qualitative and quantitative surveys and analyses of program quality
