Deep knowledge of innovative tools and capacity of adapt strategy to customer journey in its continuous swings allow me to support customer setting up processes in a new shape avoiding "non value" iterative activities achieving agile organizations through agile methodologies.I lead and manage the relationship with customer during all the “sprint” phases (Kanban agile methods), coordinating development team and the delivery of activities.
