• General day to day support issues of EMEA and APAC trading venues, including: - Participant system functionality support - Trade support related issues – Booking, Price Calculations, STP and FIX related queries - Additional user setups & permission changes for previously on boarded participants - Platform post trade queries e.g. PII – in line with MiFID II, Allocations and Fund accounts - Support production inquiries/test trades - New platform release and sanity checks - MIS/Ad-hoc Reporting• Proactively respond to all Client/Dealer queries and requests ensuring KPI’s are met.• Liaise with internal Client Sales and Dealer Relationship Managers on all client and dealer issues.• Produce, maintain and distribute daily reports both internally and externally whilst proactively looking into initiatives to automate processes and procedures.• Demo/Training: All trading and post-trade related GUIs, webex / calls, as well as training any new users on front end trading GUI.• Ensure all required documentation and help guides for both Internal and External purposes are kept up to date and accurate.• To be able to represent the department in internal project meetings from initiation through the Project lifecycle to conclusion.
