Work directly with the Board. Plan, schedule, communicate and attend all Board meetings. Document minutes and manage follow through on identified action items. Work with Board to identify opportunities that support the Mission and to grow the organization. Provide administrative duties to support the Board, our members, and the organization. Identify needs and establish procedures for various functions of day-to-day operations. Provide oversight to budget as it pertains to contracts, marketing efforts and outreach.Recruit and manage membership applications, vetting process, payments, and renewals. Ongoing communication with members. Establish various vendor contracts to benefit current members and to attract new member applicants. Plan, schedule, obtain dinner sponsors, communicate, and attend monthly General Meetings. Maintain online profiles for all members. Act as point-of-contact for 130+ members. Oversight of contracts and efforts for: website development and ongoing management; and Social Media management. Development and oversight of outreach strategies and activities, including conference participation, site visits and event planning. Identify and grow strategic partnerships and referent/customer relations. Establish and maintain relationships with various organizations and utilize those relationships to strategically enhance the organizations Mission. Provide development and oversight of marketing and outreach strategies to maximize community involvement and brand impact. Evaluate effectiveness of and make recommendations to the Board. Identify and prioritize immediate changes for website structure and content updates to align with the Mission and goals of the organization. Serve as the primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, professionals, and the public. Provide customer service, as well as manage calls and website inquiries from both the public and our members.
