Yacht Broker

▪ Coordination and optimization of the activities and management of the operational staff including acquisition, placement and training. Internal process optimization, business and customer relationship development and interface with Authorities.▪ Commercial & Business Development: acquisition of new customers, negotiation of contracts, Key Account manager for international account, principal point of contact and escalation for any issue related to the activity.▪ Responsible for customers satisfaction through analysis and reporting and responsible for maintaining and building new good relationships with the Authorities and Customers.▪ Marketing activities: marketing campaign through socials media, corporate identity and website restyle, representation of the Company at national and International business fairs.▪ Selection and coordination of suppliers and cost control.▪ Crew management on behalf of ship owners, including recruitment & selection. Control of the compulsory certification of crews, arrangements of contracts and all documents related to embarking crews, requests of embarkation slips using dedicated software, travel planning and obtaining entry permits (Schengen visa for non-EU crews).▪ Customs formalities for the vessels calling the port of Genoa and full management for selected customers.▪ Central Agency of commercial yachts for charter and Retail Broker. Responsible for bringing parties together and finalizing Charter Contracts.▪ Responsible for all required services from Yacht/ship owners and crews.

▪ Employed in the Customer Service Department. Responsible for processing ocean export ▪transactions, overseas logistics operations and Customer Service.

▪ Employed in the documentation and Export Customer Service Department. Responsible ▪for bookings and customer service in the intermodal move of cargo.
