I have led turnaround and post-merger integration projects that included reshaping of the company structure and leveraging synergies, to crystalize step changes in cash management and commercial performance .My core skill set is that of general management, complemented by extensive experience of both organic and external business development, mergers and acquisitions, governmental relationships, a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics, and successful joint ventures.Within my suite of competencies I include post acquisition integration, and turnaround management, in addition to a global understanding of the finance function.I have an extensive track record of business success across Germany, USA, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, the Balkans and Magreb, and as a consequence I am very comfortable working in those countries.I am used to expatriate and act as ad-hoc independent expert for french educational issues worldwide.
