Reporting to the Vice-President of the Media&Entertainment Division, my role is responsible for overseeing the 3D product line, including Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk VIZ, Autodesk MotionBuilder and Autodesk FBX.

Reporting to the President and CEO, my role was to ensure that Alias develops the best business plan possible for the broader marketplace of 3D interactive solutions. This also included working with Industry Business Managers and the Product Development Group in making sure that the company had a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. Company sold to Autodesk in January 2006.

Over the course of a decade, Kaydara became a leader in the development of real-time 3D character animation and motion capture solutions for the entertainmentindustry. Kaydara's client list included Sony Computer Entertainment of America,Sony Pictures Imageworks, Weta Digital, Midway Games, Acclaim, Electronic Arts,Capcom, Attitude Studios and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Signedlicensing/OEM deals with Sony and Leitch as well as having all major 3D playerssupport the Kaydara FBX file format. Sold to Alias Systems in September 2004
