Develop, monitor and manage performance of technical infrastructure so that availability and performance of network systems meet the business requirements and customer needs (Data Centers, Real Estate & Sustainability).

Responsible and accountable for all the 480 small and medium Data Centres all over the country and a total floor space of 30.000m2. With a OPEX budget of more than 14 million euro, responsible for a team of 16 system specialist and business support employees. I am also accountable for a CAPEX budget of over 17 million euro for all new, renovation and capacity projects within the datacentres. In my roll as manager site management I’m also ITIL process manager business continuity and disaster recovery.

Responsible for all technical facility and property management form our customers Orange and Vodafone (24 Switch Centers and 1 Data Centre). In this period I was also a member of the Ericsson Network Services work council.

Within this function I’m responsible for all buildings and technical management (3200 antenna locations, 6 centrals, 1 Data Centre, 2 offices and 60 shops) and responsible for international projects from Orange International
